In 2011, Santos Ortiz and Ioana Paunescu joined forces to bring their dream to fruition: launching their first wine. More than a decade has passed and Ego Bodegas has established itself as one of those wineries that one must experience at least once in a lifetime. As they themselves state, "everything has happened very quickly, we have consolidated, learned a great deal, and create what we believe wine should be, something that allows you to enjoy your surroundings." Vacuum distillation is the technique upon which this production is based, using moscatel grapes. Until the moment when alcohol is separated at low temperatures, the production process is similar to that of any other wine. The grapes for Ego Bodegas El Coco Blanco 0% Finca Tres Palos are harvested, pressed, and the must is obtained and transferred to fermentation tanks. The same quality as always in new forms of enjoyment.
