Organic wines
Wines produced using the principles of organic agriculture
Organic Wines are wines produced using the principles of organic agriculture, following the criteria set by the European Union. Organic agriculture does not allow the use of chemical or synthetic products or substitutes for natural products. The vineyards use fermented manure, compost or green fertilizers instead or chemical fertilizers. Also, the use of pesticides or chemical pesticides is not allowed. Once in the winery, the use of sulphur is reduced.
