Crafted from Navarre Garnacha using the traditional saignée method, which involves separating part of the must after a few hours of contact with the grapes, without employing mechanical presses, to produce a high-quality rosé wine. Following a brief maceration, it then ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The result is a clean, fresh rosé that effortlessly graces the table, with a versatility that allows it to accompany anything from an impromptu aperitif to an extended meal without demanding too much explanation.
