About Mont-Ferrant L'Americano Organic

What if bubbles could narrate the tale of someone returning from afar, brimming with ideas and intent on doing something different? Sometimes a sparkling wine is not merely a means of toasting, but a way to bring back a story.
 
Mont-Ferrant was established in Blanes (Catalonia, Spain) in 1865, when Agustí Vilaret returned from the Antilles after decades of life filled with travel and open horizons. Rather than settling into the calm of his return, he decided to build a winery and start producing his own sparkling wine, with the serene ambition of someone who has seen the world and wishes to reinterpret it from his homeland. L'Americano de Blanes was, in fact, the nickname by which the founder of Mont-Ferrant was known, and thus the name of this cava was born.
 
Mont-Ferrant L'Americano Organic embodies that restless spirit. A sparkling wine crafted with the chardonnay, parellada, macabeo, and xarel·lo grape varieties, featuring fine, lively bubbles, with a freshness that moves effortlessly and a clean sensation on the palate, where the fruit appears without heaviness and everything progresses with natural lightness. There is something distinctly Mediterranean in its expression, akin to an evening conversation that requires little script.
