Win 0.0 Verdejo is an alcohol-free white wine produced by bodegas Win in Rueda, in the northwest of Spain.
 
Behind this venture, which is gaining more followers every day, is the Moro family, who have been working for over 20 years to bring this idea to fruition. They have relied on two crucial elements. On the one hand, the high-quality verdejo, which is exclusively cultivated in the family's best vineyards and always selected with low Baumé levels and significant organoleptic potential; on the other hand, cutting-edge technology based on a molecular deconstruction process using a cone system at very low temperatures, which allows for the separation of aromas and alcohol. This system, developed by the family, is the result of years of research and experimentation, and finds its ultimate expression in Win 0.0 Verdejo.
